McGrath Paddington has announced the recruitment of Roxanne Liu to the team.
Kon Stathopoulos, Head of Sales for McGrath’s company-owned offices said that he is delighted that she will be joining the existing team to focus on what they consider to be one of the most exciting property markets in the country.
“This is in line with our plan to restock our agent pool with an exceptional quality of talent, and in this instance to service both vendors and buyers in a market that has great opportunity.”
Starting her career in 2006, Ms Liu has achieved many goals during her time in the industry such as being named Gold Medalist and 2nd Highest Achiever in Sales for LJ Hooker in 2016.
Ms Liu will focus on servicing core suburbs of Paddington, Red Hill, and Kelvin Grove.
“For the past five years we have immersed ourselves in the lifestyle that Paddington offers and love its inner city sophistication. At the same time it offers its residents a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. As such, I believe as a property destination, Paddington and its surrounding suburbs will continue to attract out of area buyers to the area” she said.
Ms Liu added that joining the McGrath Paddington team was an easy choice as the brand is iconic and their attention to quality made it the best fit for her.
