Muse’s Matt Bellamy rents out his LA home for $40,000 a month

Grammy-winning Muse frontman Matt Bellamy is offering the opportunity to rent his luxurious Pacific Palisades home in Los Angeles for US$40,000 a month.

The property, showcasing six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, spreads across multiple levels of custom-designed living space, reflecting a blend of style and comfort suited for a high-end lifestyle.

Bellamy, also noted for his real estate investments, secured this Cape Cod-style house for US$7.5 million in early May, according to the Robb Report.

His real estate portfolio in the LA area includes a 1950s Malibu home previously owned by comedian Adam Corolla and a condo in Sierra Towers, alongside his primary residence in Brentwood.

The property available for rent was constructed in 2013 and is located just a short distance from the shopping and dining hub, Palisades Village.

It features a welcoming entry foyer with a staircase that leads to a cozy living room, with a fireplace and an adjoining dining area.

The residence also has a large family room with another fireplace and built-in shelving, connected to a gourmet kitchen equipped with custom cabinetry, a central island, Wolf appliances, and a breakfast nook that includes a workstation.

Additional luxuries include a wood-panelled office, a home cinema, a multipurpose bonus room, and a grand primary suite.

This suite offers a vaulted ceiling, its own fireplace, a sitting area, an ocean-view balcony, a walk-in robe, and an opulent marble bathroom with dual vanities, a dressing area, a soaking tub, and a glass-encased shower.

The property’s exterior features include a secluded backyard with a waterfall-fed swimming pool and spa, a barbecue area, and a fire-pit seating area, perfect for entertainment or relaxation.

The home also comes with a three-car garage and can be rented fully furnished for an additional $5,000 per month.
