Launched in January, the new Century 21 website has seen a large (42.8 per cent) increase in unique users from January 14 to February 14 compared to the same period last year.
Redesigned to enhance the experience for mobile users, the site also registered a 275 per cent increase in mobile users over the period.
Charles Tarbey, Century 21 Chairman and Owner, said that this strong uptake attests to the ease of use and appeal of the new, streamlined site, which has received encouraging feedback from agents and clients alike.
“It is pleasing to see such an early and positive response to the significant investment we made into the group’s online presence,” said Charles Tarbey.
“We are already seeing this interest translate into more opportunities for our agents as the website is redesigned to prioritise lead generation and is supported by seamless integration with our CRM system,” said Charles Tarbey.
Century 21 has partnered with CoreLogic and industry-leading SEO and data experts to qualify the leads captured by the website and integrate them into the refined ‘eSales’ CRM platform. This process aims to provide more leads, and more qualified leads, to agents in the field.
There has been a 56.7 per cent increase property listing page views compared to the same period last year.
“The increase in traffic we have seen suggests there is still plenty of interest in property and promising buying opportunities despite cooler markets across the country,” said Charles Tarbey.
Century 21’s local website is complemented and fed traffic and leads from Century 21’s global website and offices across the world.
