McGrath Central Tablelands has launched a second and third office in the space of three months, with the latest venture in Lithgow quickly following on the heels of the Rylstone office.
The acquisitions cement their ever-expanding presence across the NSW Central Tablelands.
Directors and siblings Adam Woods and Chandelle Newbigging, now supported and led by group Chief Executive Officer Scott Kelly since February, are committed and invested to further grow their business operations across the Central Tablelands and beyond.
“Our initial forecast for strong growth in the Central Tablelands region has been led by unprecedented interest and movement from city-based buyers since the Covid pandemic,” Mr Woods said.
To meet the rising demand for their services and to cater to a broader community, McGrath Central Tablelands, centrally based in Mudgee, has seamlessly leveraged their industry-leading marketing and services to extend their operations in both Rylstone and Lithgow.
“Taking our business to even greater heights across the Central Tablelands and towards the western foot of the Blue Mountains is an extremely exciting time,” Mr Kelly said.
Mr Woods and Ms Newbigging, with their longstanding ties to the community since 1986, joined the McGrath network in 2017, marking the beginning of their journey with the opening of their first office in Mudgee.
The latest acquisitions firmly establishes them as one of the largest property management businesses in the region.
Acquisitions aside, the property management team, under the leadership of Chandelle Lord, has harnessed technology and offshore resources to boost productivity by an impressive 43 per cent over the past nine months.
Furthermore, Mr Kelly said the benefits of their recent growth and subsequent scale has allowed them to provide enhanced services to both clients, agents and property managers alike.
“We realise the need, and have undertaken, to continually build out our business and resource infrastructure in order to support our current and future team members to fast track their own growth ambitions,” he said.
“This support is underpinned by our dedicated and experienced leadership team, with the resulting effect ensuring our overall client experience is second to none.”
The results achieved by McGrath Central Tablelands within such a token time frame underscores their commitment to delivering outstanding outcomes for their clients.
As one of the fastest-growing real estate agencies in the region, they continue to expand their reach and service offerings.
The Rylstone and Lithgow acquisitions are just one step in their ongoing journey, with several exciting opportunities on the horizon to further enhance their service capabilities and cater to the diverse needs of their clientele.
