Opportunity knocks for new Harcourts Victoria BOM

Isabella Webb says her greatest skill is “solution development” and remaining calm under pressure.

The Announcement:

Returning home to Melbourne was a dream come true for Isabella Webb, Harcourts Victoria’s new Business Operations Manager.

“I loved my time with Harcourts Coastal, and the weather is fantastic on the Gold Coast, but there’s no place like home!” laughs Ms Webb.

The move is also an exciting career growth opportunity.

“Bella’s high energy and positive spirit would be beneficial to any workplace, I’m so pleased that it’s in ours!” points out Kyrstie Nolan, Head of Business Operations, Harcourts Australia.

“Having personally been part of the brand for over a decade, it is heart-warming to now extend Bella the same opportunity as I was given, to grow her professional career within Harcourts.”

“During my initial conversation with Bella, she expressed her love for Harcourts, the people, and the values we live by.”

“It is our responsibility as leaders to hold onto great people who are as passionate as we are about what we offer. I am thrilled to welcome Bella and looking forward to watching her grow into this role,” continues Ms Nolan.

With a background ranging from executive assistant, through sales, business development and across a range of industries, Ms Webb understands the many and varied challenges that will go along with her new role.

“Through my past experiences I have gained the ability to be versatile, agile and adaptable in high pressure and fast-moving work environments,” comments Ms Webb.

Highly organised, and concentrating on building relationships within the Victorian network, Ms Webb arrives with a reputation for problem solving.

“I like to call it ‘Solution Development’”.

“So often it comes down to clear communication, strategic thinking, strong rapport and respectful relationships.”

“And keeping a calm manner under pressure!”

Ms Webb is relishing returning to Melbourne in her new role after her time on the Gold Coast.

“I look forward to being able to apply my previous experience to my forthcoming occupation.”

“Even if it means buying a new coat!”
