Peter Diamantidis to open fourth office in Mount Druitt

High-profile Western Sydney agent Peter Diamantidis is set to open his fourth Ray White office in Mount Druitt as he goes from strength to strength.

The expansion marks a significant milestone for the Ray White Diamantidis Group, which has already established itself as a top agency in the area, with 64 team members.

“This will mark our fourth location since starting with Ray White three years ago, proudly joining our St Marys, St Claire and Rooty Hill locations,” Mr Diamantidis said.

The new office aims to seamlessly integrate into the local community, providing top-tier real estate services akin to its namesake.

Mr Diamantidis, who was born and raised in Mount Druitt, brings a deep understanding of the area’s dynamics and market needs.

“Moving in opposite the beloved local brownie shop, our new office will have a bustling atmosphere with easy access to amenities, schools, and the Westfield shopping centre,” he said.

The new office, located in an early 1900s heritage building with a distinctive yellow picket fence, symbolises the group’s commitment to blending tradition with innovation.

“Mount Druitt is known for its affordability and vibrant multicultural community, and offers strong opportunities for growth and development,” Mr Diamantidis said.

“With the M8 providing seamless connectivity, we can enjoy quick access to the city centre.”

Since quickly becoming one of the most successful business owners in the entire group, Mr Diamantidis said he was grateful for the strength of the Ray White brand and the unparalleled corporate support available.

“Ray White is the brand to be with,” he said.

“Their forward-thinking approach to technology sets them apart from competitors, aligning perfectly with our vision for the future.”

The Ray White Diamantidis Group has a long track record of success, with the sales team ranking among the top four businesses in NSW for number of sales.

Their property management department leads in growth and performance, managing nearly 2500 properties.

Mr Diamantidis said his goals for the next 12 months include expanding the group’s presence and nurturing the talent within the team.

“We are committed to growing our name in the local area and supporting our agents as they flourish,” he said.

“Our success lies in the growth of our team members, and I take immense pride in watching them thrive.”

Ray White NSW Chief Executive Officer Tim Snell congratulated Peter on achieving such profound success since starting with the group.

“With a dedication to excellence and a passion for serving the community, I have no doubts that the Ray White Diamantidis Group looks forward to writing the next chapter of success in Mount Druitt,” Mr Snell said.

“Peter embodies the energy and ambition that we strive for in our leaders, and we are privileged to support his momentum.”
