Cloud-based property management software Property Tree is set to feature a Direct Connect integration as the two proptech players look to further cement their longstanding relationship.
Announcing the new integration, Direct Connect explained their relationship with Property Tree creator Rockend (now known as MRI software) had been longstanding and loyal.
“Direct Connect have been exclusively partnered with Rest Professional for over 10 years as it supported property managers across the country to provide an easy experience for users while allowing their mover’s connections to be taken care of too,” they said.
“Therefore the seamless integration with cloud-based property management application Property Tree was always going to be the right decision going forward to benefit its users.”
Direct Connect’s State Manager, Belinda Seers said the new integration was a “milestone moment in one of the longest standing relationships in the Proptech space”.
“Direct Connect embraces MRI as a key strategic partner which goes beyond utility referrals, given both of our strong brands in property management, organisation’s depth and big growth ambitions for the future.
“Although the Rest Professional integration has remained in place, this feels like we are back together and we could not be more happy to be celebrating this achievement.”
In the latest release, users will be able to submit their connections through to Direct Connect by simply activating their “utility integration” and selecting Direct Connect.
This new feature will provide existing Property Tree users an easy way to ensure their mover’s will have the lights on when they need it.
Going forward, Direct Connect and MRI see this new integration as a way to continue to support its valued partners with technology-led service to the property management industry.
The early adopters of the program have already seen benefits, Direct Connect’s Business Development Manager, James Lovell said.
