Rachel Atkin, currently the Head of Property Management at the Harcourts Victoria State Office, will be expanding her role to become Academy Performance Coach.
With over 20 years of real estate experience, Ms Atkin will lead all Academy training sessions from the organisation’s Head Office starting 1 April.
Her extensive background in property management, coupled with her proven ability to develop new business and maintain exceptional customer service standards, has solidified her reputation as an industry leader.
After beginning her professional career in the Advertising Media Industry, Ms Atkin transitioned into property management, where her performance at various franchise offices exceeded new business growth targets and set new benchmarks for client satisfaction.
Her expertise in rent roll growth, client nurturing, negotiation, and conflict resolution quickly propelled her career, culminating in her appointment as PM Operations Manager.
In 2024, Ms Atkin was awarded the Elite Agent Top 50 Australian Residential Real Estate Industry Influencers in the People’s Choice category, a testament to her impact and leadership within the profession.
As a RiSE Influencer, Ambassador of The RiSE Movement, and a qualified Mental Health First Aider, Ms Atkin integrates compassion, collaboration, and well-being into her work.
Her appointment as the Inspirational Women Ambassador for Harcourts VIC in 2025 reflects her dedication to empowering others, particularly women in leadership, and her vision for an inclusive, thriving industry.
