Ray White Commercial Qld has welcomed a new face to the team with the appointment of Tom Barr as Director and Head of Investment Sales.
Mr Barr has been in the commercial sales and leasing industry for over 15 years and said he is excited to take on the role.
‘Having known Dan White for many years, I was attracted to Ray White Commercial and the broader Ray White business due to its core values, culture, and the unique opportunity it offers people to partner and grow a successful business together.
‘Our ambition is to build a lean and dynamic Middle Markets Investment Sales and Office Leasing team that’s well respected within the market and delivers consistent service and exceptional results for our clients’ he said.
According to the company’s Commercial Qld Executive Directors Mark Creevey, Tony Williams and Matthew Fritzsche, Mr Barr’s work ethic, impressive track record of investment sales and office leasing transactions, and strong relationships with key domestic and offshore clients made him a no brainer.
‘In the short term, our aim will be to get Tom integrated into the Ray White network, systems and resources.’
‘In the mid-term, we aim to support Tom in establishing a team of sales and leasing professionals in his sector,’ Mr Williams said.
‘Longer term, the opportunity exists for Tom for equity and a leadership role across the entire Ray White Commercial Qld business.’
