Ray White Queensland’s Urban Living Group will take 42 properties to auction on Sunday 13 March from 10.30am at the Emporium Hotel as part of Australia’s Biggest Auction – Raise More Hands. Potential bidders will have the opportunity to log in online and bid if they are unable to make the auction, with over 1,000 bidders and viewers expected to tune in.
Live Online auctions have been an integral part of Ray White’s commitment to customer excellence and have been operating in Queensland since November 2014. Live Online Auctions make it even easier for buyers to find their dream home by giving them the ability to bid from anywhere in the world. Sellers benefit from even more exposure and a greater geographic reach for their property.
Ray White joint-Chairman Brian White AO commented: “We are thrilled to be able to help our sellers by broadcasting our auctions live internationally. This unique tool has proven to be an extremely effective way to sell property and we’ve seen participants from Asia to Europe and the United States.”
Sunday will see a range of properties go to auction in some of South East Queensland’s most in-demand suburbs including prestige properties, houses, apartments and townhouses.
The auction is part of Australia’s Biggest Auction campaign by Ray White – Raise More Hands – which is happening now and runs until 24 March with more than 1,050 properties going under the hammer.
The Urban Living Group represents some of South East Queensland’s most prestigious offices including Ray White New Farm, Ray White Ascot, Ray White Bulimba/Morningside, Ray White South Brisbane, Ray White Paddington, and Ray White Wilston.
