Ray White North Adelaide has a new home and plans for future growth after recently taking possession of a brand-new purpose-built office at 89 O’Connell Street.
“Before the new premises opened, the team and I were previously working out of my home, which wasn’t ideal when it came to dealing with our clients,” Ray White North Adelaide Principal/Director Rachel Lawrie explained.
“We’re so pleased that our valued clients now have a welcoming space to discuss business, goals and everything in between.
“Moving into our new home has allowed the growth of the team from three to five, as well as a huge amount of foot traffic.”
Ms Lawrie noted the North Adelaide community had welcomed her team with open arms, supporting them during their initial weeks by providing catering, styling, gifts and more.
“We couldn’t be more thankful,” Ms Lawrie said.
“The move means the Ray White North Adelaide name now has a face and voice.
“It has taken countless hours, money and sacrifices, but now I feel like it was all worth it.
“We plan to keep growing and our aspirations are to have a total of four sales staff and two property managers to service the area.
“My plans are to step down as lead agent and property manager so I’m able to spend time with my growing daughters.
“It will also allow me to mentor a young team of up-and-coming agents/property managers.”
Ray White SA/NT CEO Matthew Lindblom said Rachel Lawrie was the first member of the “Ray White Hub” which commenced in July 2016.
“Rachel’s Ray White North Adelaide office looks amazing and the launch was a great success, with a full house of clients and community members she supports,” Mr Lindblom said.
“We look forward to Rachel continuing her excellence in customer service, growing her team and being the market leader in North Adelaide.”
The complete transformation of the previous space to Ray White North Adelaide’s office took just six weeks.
