It’s all coming up roses for Ray White Upper North Shore, with the team announcing its expansion into Roseville and a new office in the suburb.
Local area specialists Scott Phillips, Lisa Davies and Jessica Cao will be the face of Ray White Roseville, along with Upper North Shore Directors Greg Windel and David Walker.
Roseville and neighbouring suburbs Killara and Lindfield, are renowned for their wide, leafy streets and the area’s properties are known for their sprawling gardens and restored Federation and Californian bungalow-style homes.
The team has a combined wealth of experience and expertise in the local area and are excited to be opening the new business, which is located at 39 Hill Street, Roseville.
The three agents have built a solid reputation in the Lindfield, Killara and Roseville area and pride themselves on their integrity and solid work ethic.
Ms Davies said she has always strived to be open and honest in all her dealings and has worked diligently during her time at Ray White Upper North Shore to achieve the best outcomes for her clients.
“I think this is what has allowed me to build such a strong reputation in my area,” Ms Davies said.
“We are all so excited to have a new home in the heart of Roseville.”
Roseville, Killara and Lindfield are desirable locations for families that provide space, peace and quiet and are also close to the hubs of Chatswood, North Sydney, and the CBD.
Ray White Upper North Shore Director Greg Windel said the suburbs offered spacious homes and large allotments that were larger than the Sydney average and retained a “village vibe”.
“Roseville has a friendly community with plenty of amenities surrounding the train station and the Pacific Highway, also home to the Roseville Cinema, a cool independent Art Deco cinema,” Mr Windel said.
He said the emergence of more cafes, restaurants and retail outlets in Roseville in recent years had “added a modern vibe” and the agents’ knowledge of the area made the expansion a natural move.
“Scott, Lisa and Jessica are all locals and they truly care about the area,” he said.
“I know that sounds like a cliche but this is their community and they take a lot of pride in the homes they sell.”
The Ray White Upper North Shore group now has offices in Turramurra, Wahroonga, St Ives, and Roseville.
Ray White Group Managing Director Dan White praised the Upper North Shore team for their commitment to clients and their strong values.
“They’re a team of genuine leaders with big ambitions. They have built a tremendous business and my family and I are so proud to have them as part of our family business for more than 10 years,” Mr White said.
“We truly believe their best years are still ahead of them.”
