Melbourne auctioneer and agent Aaron McDonald has been welcomed back to one of Victoria’s leading agencies, Ray White, with open arms.
Mr McDonald said he was excited be back at Ray White after running his own business and working with a local agency, where he was awarded the number one sales agent from 2014 to 2017.
He has successfully helped hundreds of families make the move across Melbourne’s eastern suburbs since 2001.
“I’ve always enjoyed the networking and alliances that Ray White offers; it’s fantastic having so many skilled agents to bounce great ideas off and share with,” he said. “I’ve been back within the Group for only a week and have already had an overwhelming response.”
Ray White Group chairman Brian White welcomed Mr McDonald back home.

Mr McDonald is known as an expert in negotiation and an award-winning auctioneer, who continues to exceed his vendors’ expectations with his sales results – but also his customer service.
“I’ve had the privilege of selling homes in Whitehorse, in particular the suburb of Blackburn, for the last 17 years,” he said.
“The reason why people buy in the area today is the same as when I first started and that is for the parks, gardens and trees, plus we are only 20 minutes from the Melbourne CBD.
“I’ve had the experience of running my own real estate agency, which gave me clarity, and I now know where my strengths are.
“I love having a clear focus on managing and selling property for people. While running a business is rewarding, I far [more] enjoy seeing buyers and sellers when they’ve bought or sold their home or investment.
“Not running the operation of an agency frees me up to give more time to do this,” said Mr McDonald, who is excited to take his career to the next level.
“When I left the Ray White Group I was around the top 20 sales agents. I’m looking to break into the top 10 for Victoria and Tasmania. I aim to do this with the support of a great team within a fast-growing office at Box Hill, and with the superior systems and technology that Ray White offers.”
