High-performing young gun real estate agent Tahlia Gabrielli has just opened her own Ray White office in the picturesque Limestone coast region of Mount Gambier in South Australia.
Ms Gabrielli, who was an agent at the nearby Ray White Keatley office, has decided to take the leap into business ownership.
“We always loved being part of such a strong brand, so when the opportunity of a new franchise arose, we jumped at it,” said Ms Gabrielli of her sales partner Sarah Barney who has joined her in the new business.
Ms Gabrielli has a wealth of experience in sales, administration and property management, having previously worked in an independent agency before moving to Ray White.
She has quickly climbed the ranks and has an impressive track record of sales success, at the age of only 27.
“I am born and bred in the Mount Gambier area, and am passionate about providing exceptional real estate services to the region,” she said.
Mount Gambier is a regional area in the southeast of the state, known for its lush volcanic landscape. The region boasts a range of housing, from large family homes, to townhouses and apartments, as well as acreage and lifestyle properties.
“We are finding more and more people are choosing Mount Gambier for its lifestyle away from the hustle and bustle of the big city and still be able to purchase at an affordable price.”
The team are supported by executive assistant Sonya Jones and have ambitions of expanding into property management and growing their sales team.
Over the next 12 months, the main focus for the team will be on maintaining their elite sales status by serving their community with the best customer service.
“We see huge potential in Mount Gambier and its surrounds, and we can’t wait to build our reputation as experts in the local area,” Ms Gabrielli said.
