Amid the online property boom, REA Group has partnered with automated digital content platform LivePreso to include commercial and developer team opportunities, as well as their pre-existing residential capabilities.
REA Group has widened the reach of its operations to assist with expanding commercial and development sector demand, by implementing tools like LivePreso, during what they consider to be one of the busiest periods for online real estate on record.
LivePreso co-founder and CEO Aaron Cooper explained the digital platform’s integration capabilities were prime examples of why the REA Group has partnered with them for eight years.
Over Q4 FY21, REA Group created 5000 presentations, saving 5000 presale hours in preparing presentations.
This was the equivalent of 650 presale working days or three full-time annual salaries, equating to $250,000 in productivity savings.
LivePreso offers data-driven customer experiences, including product overviews and pricing, to competitor analysis and collaborative action plans.
These capabilities have assisted the REA Group’s residential team to deliver significant productivity savings and exceptional customer experiences over the last decade, according to REA Executive Manager of Customer Marketing Amy Read.
“LivePreso allowed us to up the hours our sales team was selling, with less time preparing and more time in front of the customer where they can make a difference and increase the satisfaction of our customer base,” Ms Read said.
Digital sales transformation
REA Group began its sales automation journey with LivePreso in 2014, describing themselves as early adopters of the platform with the goal of delivering data-driven, customer specific experiences to real estate agents.
Over the last eight years, LivePreso has evolved to be a key competitive differentiator in REA Group’s tech stack.
This has assisted the REA team to utilise dynamic content to simplify complex, technical information for customers and help accelerate their growth journey, integrating with critical business systems and data sources, including Salesforce and Tableau.
LivePreso will now enable REA Group’s commercial property arm, realcommercial.com.au, to make extensive use of data points to provide customers with a unique interactive experience, through pricing calculators and performance data.
Business rules also guide presentations based on location, only presenting relevant agency profiles to customers.
LivePreso reported their services enabled REA Group’s Residential team to save two years worth of sales presentation prep time in one quarter alone.
