REA Group is launching a new feature as part of its Property Platform software that allows residential agents, project marketers and financial planners to connect with developers and builders and request access to sell off-the-plan properties.
The new feature launches in July and gives developers the ability to expand beyond their own sales networks to access a bigger range of selling agents for their property.
The technology is designed like a perfect match process, where only relevant projects are matched to the best-suited agents, which is based on the agent profile and preferences completed by both the agents and developers.
Property Platform is an online global sales management tool by REA Group designed to help property developers manage their sales networks and inventory online.
Andrew Rechtman, REA Group Executive General Manager – Residential, said the feature allows residential agents to dip their toes into the off-the-plan sales market and expand their portfolios.
