Real Estate Dynamics has recently launched REDlinx the Real Estate specific communication hub to help agencies improve team engagement and inter-office communication.
The need for this product came from coaching over 400 agencies for the past three years and identifying the high rate of disengagement of employees, the company said in a recent statement.
The REDlinx platform enables an Agency’s team members to post news and collaborate with each other as well as ask questions and track responses both immediately and in the future through a searchable private hub.
Members can store all their office documents and resources for easy access and ensure that everyone is kept up to date with all the information they need to do their jobs effectively.
“We predict that traditional intra-office email communication in Real Estate Agencies will become extinct within five years. REDlinx will help agency employees reclaim their workday. We see they’ll have an average of at least a 38 percent reduction in an internal email, helping staff enjoy a simpler, more pleasant, and more productive work life,” Real Estate Dynamics Director, Peter Aquilina said.
REDlinx allows all team members to post comments and tag individuals to ensure that they are alerted when there is something that they need to review.
Instead of an influx of emails through the day, people can set REDlinx to give a daily update of all posts. The platform also empowers individuals and teams with the use of the search function to find articles, resources and conversations specifically about a particular topic. All this adds up to building a culture of inclusion, not exclusion.
REDlinx has been designed around an Agency business to build stronger working relationships, improve culture and team morale and keep your team connected and communicating.
“The other real benefit and competitive edge that REDlinx includes is the REDlinx rewards program that provides special offers from suppliers and organisations for Agencies and their staff, as well as offers that can be passed on to reward and thank clients and customers such as vendors, purchasers, landlords and tenants,” the platforms’ head of product sales Sandra Larkin said.
