Reapit demos new platform at ARPM 2018, showcasing Agentbox integration

CRM and property management solution platform Reapit were at ARPM 2018 demonstrating the first phase of their partnership with leading Australian real estate CRM solution Agentbox.

The Reapit Group is a leading provider of CRM and property management solutions in the UK residential real estate space. The company first announced their partnership with Agentbox in May this year, and are in the process of delivering the first rollout from that alliance.

David Sloane, COO of Reapit Australia, was on hand at ARPM 2018 to showcase its joint solutions with Agentbox that help estate agents and property managers have a connected view of customers on both desktop and mobile applications.

Speaking to Elite Agent, Mr Sloane said that the demonstration was the “beginning of a journey to have a unified platform which services the Australian real estate industry broadly”.

“Reapit’s platform is about creating automation and efficiency inside property management businesses and supporting the unique differences from one business to another. People can grow and develop their businesses in their own way, they don’t have to necessarily be constrained by virtue of the software platform that they use.

“We support growth first and foremost. Having a single viewer contact between property management and sales is 100 per cent the way of the future and if everyone isn’t thinking about their customers in that way then hopefully they soon will be,” said Mr Sloane.

During the announcement of the partnership, it was confirmed that both Reapit and Agentbox would remain operationally independent, and that the partnership was a ‘strategic and technical’ one.

By connecting the software and allowing agencies to have a platform which handles both sales and property management, the two companies are hoping to improve efficiency and the customer experience in the real estate industry.

The offering is a completely joined-up customer experience which has portals for landlords, vendors, tenants and buyers. The companies hope that the software will improve communication between property managers and sales agents, thereby recovering the business that is lost when a connected view isn’t available.

The dashboard is customisable for how workers chose to operate, which Reapit say is an important feature behind the popularity of their technology.

“We’re showing off the latest and greatest from both Reapit and Agentbox. People are seeing the first phase of the integration between the two platforms, how their contacts are synchronised, and the pathway that we’re on for the future,” said Mr Sloane of the demonstration.

“Reapit and Agentbox clients can see now what they’ll be able to expect in the future, and the benefits of the integration for their business.”
