Property investors and homeowners at Oxenford and Monterey Keys on the Gold Coast now have the global real estate brand RE/MAX at their service following the expansion of RE/MAX Territory.
Rob and Andrew Campbell joined RE/MAX in 2014 when they purchased the successful RE/MAX Territory office at Shailer Park on Brisbane’s Southside.
In a strategic expansion move, they recently acquired and rebranded two successful real estate offices in Monterey Keys and Oxenford and have exciting growth plans for all three offices.
“Rebranding was a very good experience,” said Rob Campbell, “because it allowed us to bring on the existing strong teams of locally experienced people.”
With 22 sales people across RE/MAX Territory, plus property managers and support staff, he said customers would be the beneficiaries of the power and experience generated through the three offices and three teams.
Mr Campbell, whose Shailer Park office has built a solid property management portfolio since its start two years ago, said that a desire to increase the property management service was the initial motivation for expanding the business.
“We were looking to expand in rentals for starters but when my broker brought an opportunity to the table with the pending sale of two real estate in one of the biggest rental areas on the Gold Coast, it just made good business sense.
“I knew the northern end of the Gold Coast fairly well, recognising Pimpama is one of the fasted growing areas, and with our existing Shailer Park office we are in the prime Northern Gold Coast – Brisbane Southside growth corridor. RE/MAX Territory will continue to grow in both its sales and property management teams.
“And adding Oxenford and Monterey Keys also increases the RE/MAX presence across the whole Gold Coast,” he said.
