Roxanne Paterson expands into Sandgate

Roxanne Paterson announces the opening of her second business in Queensland.

The Announcement:

Growing her team to over 20 and opening the doors to her second office after only seven years in the industry, Roxanne Paterson is set to elevate the real estate offering in Brisbane’s North to new heights.

Since 2016 Ms Paterson has taken Ray White Bracken Ridge from strength to strength, rapidly growing the team and dominating the market share in the 4017 postcode. She has now opened the doors to her second business, Ray White Sandgate.

“I have had Sandgate on my radar since the day I joined Ray White, and now that we have already established ourselves in Bracken Ridge, we are ready to take the next step into beautiful Sandgate,” Ms Paterson said.

“We are huge on community sponsorship and are already heavily involved in local groups like the Sandgate Golf Club and the Brighton Roosters.”

Ms Paterson said she is most excited to bring a new level of technology and marketing to the area.

“We will bring all the benefits of the best systems and technology that the real estate industry has to offer, reaching much further than just a portal listing for our clients, but still maintaining good old fashioned service,” she said.

A northern coastal suburb of Brisbane, Sandgate is a destination in itself, known for its water frontage to Moreton Bay, kite surfing and bike riding tracks, and sought-after schools.

“Sandgate is an amazing community that you really don’t need to leave, and it is a place I have always loved to take my kids and spend time by the water.”

Ms Paterson will be recruiting more agents for the new office in Sandgate, as well as relocating some existing agents in her team who are familiar with the neighborhood.

“We are going to be running two separate offices, but we will very much be one team and utilise the strengths of our teamwork and databasing,”

Ms Paterson said that opening her second office with Australasia’s largest real estate group was the natural next step for her.

“Ray White have fiercely backed and supported me from the beginning; they really feel like home and I can’t imagine going on this journey with any other brand,” she said.

Ms Paterson was a mum to two young children when she decided to take the leap into her real estate career, quickly accelerating her success and market share.

“I am so happy to have found my passion for real estate, and I am surrounded by the most wonderful team after a whirlwind few years; even with the challenges of a rising and falling market, we are extremely focused on moving stock and getting great results for our clients,” she said.

The next step for the Ray White Sandgate team will be to maintain the high performance level that they have built over the years, and ultimately aim to become the number one agency for the 4017 postcode incorporating Bracken Ridge, Sandgate, Shorncliffe, Deagon and Brighton.

“My goal is to have every single staff member operating at their peak performance level, as well as giving back to our community in every way possible,” Ms Paterson said.

Ray White Queensland CEO Jason Andrew congratulated Ms Paterson on the expansion into her second location, and the huge impact she has had on the group so far.

“Roxanne and her team have built such a fantastic business and have firmly established themselves as the go-to agency, so it is a natural progression for them to expand across to Sandgate,” Mr Andrew said.

“We congratulate Roxanne and the extended Bracken Ridge and Sandgate  family, and I personally can’t wait to see what she achieves in this next phase of her career of multi-office ownership.”
