Former Bachelorette star Sam Frost, who has transitioned into a popular podcaster following her roles in Home and Away and as a radio presenter, has recently sold her townhouse located in Alexandria, Sydney.
Frost originally bought the property as a first-time homeowner back in 2016 for $1.255 million, according to realestate.com.au.
She has now successfully sold it for $1.59 million through Michael White of BresicWhitney.
The sale reflects a modest 20 per cent appreciation in its value over the past seven years.
The real estate market in Alexandria has seen fluctuating prices, with the current median for three-bedroom houses standing at $1.82 million, and apartments averaging $1.43 million, according to PropTrack.
Built in 2002, the three-storey Euston Road property boasts a generous 240sq m of space, inclusive of amenities like a lock-up garage, storage, a terrace on the ground level, and another expansive terrace attached to the master bedroom, equipped with a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite.
After relocating to Melbourne, Frost had previously rented out the property for $1250 per week.
Sam Frost’s personal life has also seen joyful developments.
She’s happily engaged to Jordan Hansen, whom she met after his stint on the reality TV show Australian Survivor, where he appeared alongside her brother, Alex.
The couple got engaged after only five months of dating.
In a recent appearance on Channel 7’s Morning Show, Frost revealed the couple’s decision to delay their wedding due to costs, stating, “It is just so expensive. And we want to buy a house”.
Fans of the couple can look forward to seeing them onscreen again.
Next year, Seven will air a six-episode series titled Jordie, Sam & Ted’s Rural Roadtrip. The show will chronicle the couple, along with their newborn son Ted, as they journey through Australia’s rural towns in an RV caravan.
