With a 20-year career in real estate, Sarah has developed an intimate understanding of the real estate process from end to end. She started as a receptionist in 1997 and has since worked for Belle Mosman, Manly and Bowral offices across various facets of the business including marketing, property management and as an assistant.
“I’ve watched the brand presence Di Jones has managed to achieve over past 18 months down in the Highlands,” Sarah said.
“I had been with Belle Bowral for 10 years part time and fulltime so I was looking for a fresh start and really like the way Di Jones got really good traction in a short amount of time.”
“I think that’s got to do with Rob Ward (Di Jones CEO) and their view on technology and real estate moving forward as industry.”
Sarah has been selling since 2016 and her goals in her new role is to be Bowral’s go-to agent.
“Communication and negotiation skills are my strength and I and pride myself on my market knowledge.
“I want to be the person and agency that people keep at the forefront of their mind. I also want to be more involved in the community, that’s my goals this year in selling. Partnering with Di Jones will help me in my career to become a high performing agent.”
She holds on average five listings at a time and her aim is to up that to six or seven. She has experience selling an array of properties, from multi-million dollar weekender estates to rural acreage holdings. Sarah moved with her family to the area in January 2015 with her husband and two boys, now aged 8 and 10.
“The reason we moved down was to have more space for the kids to climb, run and jump. My husband is English and loves the ease of life and the climate. Bowral used to be a retiree town but now there are lots of young families moving to the area with great schools and good infrastructure for young families,” Sarah said.
Di Jones CEO Rob Ward said since establishing the brand and opening an office earlier this year the Southern Highlands has seen exceptional interest.
“The median house price has seen a staggering 28 per cent increase for the 12 months to April 2017,” Mr Ward said.
“There has been strong interest in the area from those relocating from the Sydney market and Sarah is a great example having moved her family to the Southern Highlands in January 2015.
“Quickly building her local knowledge her clients know that she can be relied upon to provide honest, passionate and tailored advice about the Southern Highlands property market and all the area has to offer.
“With a remarkable portfolio of sales achievements, she’s an award-winning agent who strives for excellence in everything she does and inspires confidence and trust from her clients,” Mr Ward said.
“From her first meeting with clients through to closing the sale, she works closely with her clients at every stage of the transaction to ensure they not only achieve their property goals, but also enjoy the process,” Mr Ward said.
