One of Queensland’s most prominent real estate agents has officially launched her national coaching business.
As an astute and highly regarded industry identity, Sherrie Storor is constantly in demand to mentor agents on how to succeed without sacrifice.
The former McGrath New Farm high-flyer has decided now is the right stage in her life to dedicate her full attention toward assisting others to achieve their career aspirations.
Ms Storor is already working with an impressive clientele including Coronis, Ouwens Casserly, Harcourts, Sotheby’s and the REIQ, in addition to guiding individuals at Belle Property, Ray White and McGrath.
“Coaching agents has been a focus of mine for a while and I am keen to give back to an industry which has had such a remarkable impact on my life,” she said.
“We don’t have a lot of coaches who have been on the tools.
“I have just finished up a quarter where I wrote $480,000 in Gross Commission, so I understand what it’s like to be in front of buyers and sellers.”
Ms Storor is a popular speaker at renowned events, including AREC, and is confirmed to present at a number of key conferences, workshops, and training programs in 2017/18.
“I offer one-on-one individual mentoring where I conduct a due diligence on a client’s business and develop a six-month plan,” Ms Storor said.
“I work with groups, representing the likes of realestate.com.au and Westpac, and speak at large corporate functions.”
In guiding clients on how to attain significant financial wealth and manage a balanced lifestyle, Ms Storor takes great pleasure in celebrating the outcomes of her coaching.
“We have had some amazing results and it’s really exciting,” she said.
Ms Storor’s more than two decades of extensive experience includes launching a project marketing and residential sales business, growing and selling a substantial rent roll for a record sum, accumulating a database of more than 35,000 contacts, and personally selling more than 850 properties while being associated with the transactions of thousands of others.
“I am helping agents be as dollar productive as possible by showing them successful systems and processes which I have formulated through my own experiences over many, many years.”
Adelaide’s Ouwens Casserly Real Estate’s Michael and Angela Stentiford secured Ms Storor as a coach three months ago.
“Since engaging with Sherrie we have set the highest valued sale, and increased our appraisal opportunities and listing ratio,” Mr Stentiford said.
Ms Storor is finding personal fulfillment in helping her clients’ businesses grow.
“I can help make agents money, but it’s also about freeing them up to spend time with their family and friends and live their true life,” she said.
“I want my clients to love what they do and secure financial success so they remain in the industry for the long term.”
Ms Storor will continue to manage the sales of a select number of elite residential properties.
