Star agents join Ray White Diamantidis Group

Principal Peter Diamantidis said his goal for the office this financial year was to make it into the top 10 in New South Wales for settled commission.

The Announcement:

Top western Sydney business, Ray White Diamantidis Group, has expanded with the addition of leading agents Kayla Welsh and Joshua Cassels.

Principal, Peter Diamantidis, opened his first business with Ray White in St Marys in 2021 and has since expanded into the neighbouring St Clair. Now with two highly ranked businesses, Peter has welcomed the star real estate players to his sales team along with ambitious young gun Meshel Bahnam.

The growth of his sales team has come off the back of an outstanding 2022. Peter said his goal for the office this financial year was to make it into the top 10 in New South Wales for settled commission.

“To date, we have sold 117 properties in 75 days and hit an office best of 45 in February,” Peter said.

“Our property management goal is to hit 400 new managements organically. We only have 30 more to go before we reach our target.

“I am thrilled to welcome Joshua, Kayla and Meshel to the team. Joshua has the experience we need and has a higher market share in areas where we don’t yet dominate.

“Meanwhile, Kayla is a leading agent in an area of Sydney where I see potential for our next office.

“And while Meshel may be relatively new to the industry, with two years under his belt, he has an incredible drive and so much ambition to succeed. I see a bright future ahead for him.”

Joshua has more than 12 years of experience in the Penrith area and has brought that experience and knowledge to Peter’s young team of sales professionals who are mostly under the age of 25.

“Knowledge is key and Joshua has been in the game for a while. He has constantly achieved great numbers but now being mentored by me, the goal is to take that to the next level,” Peter said.

“Kayla was ranked in the top 50 young gun agents of 2022 and has more than seven years experience in the industry.

“She will bring in what we are missing in our sales team, which is a stronger female presence, something that can be hard to find in our marketplace, but we want to make sure we have a diverse team of high achievers.”

Ray White NSW | ACT CEO Tim Snell said he has no doubt Josh, Kayla and Meshel would thrive alongside the Ray White brand.

“We would like to congratulate Peter and his team on their continued growth. In only his first two years of business ownership Peter has demonstrated leadership to the highest level,” Mr Snell said.

“His business is designed to support and grow his team in both sales and property management and it’s no surprise to see him now attracting talent of such a high calibre to his vision.”
