Stone Real Estate Camden has welcomed Chris Philp to the team to bolster operations in the area.
The 31-year-old said joining the boutique agency was an offer he could not refuse.
“The Stone brand is highly impressive and I can see it’s really going places,” Mr Philp said.
“They’re enthusiastic and have a great culture. I’ve seen them in action now the past few weeks which has made me even more happy about making the move.”
Mr Philp describes himself as ‘obsessive’ when it comes to perfecting the customer experience.
“I’m very systematic as when you’re making a high number of transactions you have to be,” Mr Philp said.
“I have a communication plan and vendors will hear from me every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I update them immediately after every open and give a secondary call once I have gone back to the office.”
Mr Philp has added one of the Macarthur region’s best-known prestige homes among his first listings; the HIA 2018 NSW Spec Home of the Year, located in Harrington Park.
The property is looking to sell for around $1.5 million.
