Stone Real Estate opens Belrose office

Group opens third new office in as many weeks.

Stone Real Estate has opened an office in Belrose, making it the third new Stone office to open in as many weeks following Stone Illawarra and Stone Beecroft.

Northern suburbs agent Ian Clarke will be at the helm of the Belrose/Forest office which will service will service Forestville, Frenchs Forest, Davidson, Belrose, Killarney Heights and Terrey Hills from its new office in the Glenrose Village Shopping Centre in Glen St Belrose.

Mr Clarke brings to Stone Real Estate over 30 years experience in Sydney’s northern suburbs. Joining Mr Clarke is Forest local David Hayden who has 25 years as an agent in the area, and Maureen Malouf.

Mr Clarke says he moved to Stone because its unique business model presented greater opportunities than any other.

“Not many brands grab my attention but Stone opened so many offices so quickly they were impossible to ignore,” Mr Clarke says.

“The specialised and boutique nature of Stone was especially attractive and the entire Stone ethos resonated with me.”

The Forest region is now “on the map in a big way” due to the construction of the Northern Beaches Hospital coupled with the largest highway expansion project currently in Sydney.

Stone Real Estate franchise manager Luke Cameron says Belrose was a fragmented market due to good agents flocking to beachside areas and the upper north shore, but the Stone brand is bringing back the premium experience to customers under strong leadership.

“We have an incredible leader with Ian Clarke who has a very strong growth plan for the forest region. We have a lot of respect for Ian and he really represents the entrepreneurial spirit we see in our franchise partners.’

“Belrose and Forest is a rapidly changing market in terms of the density of property. Our strategy is in line with major infrastructure projects and the hospital going in and we know the developments that naturally go with that.”

Mr Cameron said there are another four Stone offices in the works to be established before the year end.

“We’ve had so much interest from businesses across New South Wales and Queensland as well,” he said.

Stone Real Estate CEO Peter Mumford praised Mr Clarke’s northern suburbs experience.

“Ian’s decision to join Stone Real Estate and launch the brand in the dynamic Forest region is further proof of the fact top-tier agents see our unique business model and one-client database as the way to bigger and better results,” Mr Mumford says.
