Two of Australia’s most respected real estate coaches are teaming up to deliver a specially designed ‘boot camp’ that is committed to helping real-estate agents achieve exponential results by giving them proven formulas that work.
Tom Panos, who is arguably Australia’s most popular real estate coach and trainer will be teaming up with property legend John McGrath of McGrath Estate Agents. Together they have designed and will be personally coaching the first ever “Million Dollar Agent Bootcamp”, a tailored face to face and webinar coaching session which kick-starts next month.
Speaking exclusively to Elite Agent, Panos said the program would include five days of coaching sessions with both himself and McGrath, starting with a three-day intensive program in Sydney in February, followed by a one-day session on the Gold Coast in May and one day in Sydney in September.
Panos, who has been in the property industry since 1988, said the five days spent one on one would be complemented by five webinars spread out across evenly every eight-weeks from March till December.
“This boot camp is designed to help real-estate agents develop winning plans for their businesses this year,” Panos said.
“There have been a lot of other boot camps in the past, but this is the first one that will address exactly what to do and how to do it for real estate agents. That’s why we have multiple training sessions throughout the year, we want agents to realise that in order for their business to grow – they need to grow. Transformation is required to achieve long-lasting success,” he said.
“We have created and designed a system that any agent can follow and be successful,” added Panos.
A survey undertaken by Elite Agent last year showed that agents with a coach or a mentor generated around 50 per cent more GCI (gross commissionable income) than those who didn’t, and both Panos and McGrath are anticipating similar if not better outcomes from Million Dollar Agent Bootcamp attendees.
“John and myself are going to be very hands on with this event, and we hope to turn it into an annual event as well,” he added.
Panos said the early bird discounted tickets priced at $1950 per person are up for grabs but he also warned that they would not last for long as places will be strictly limited. “We expect the early bird tickets to run out by the end of January and for this event to be a sell-out.”
