Brisbane agent Phillip Harrigan has always understood real estate is about far more than selling property.
Having watched his grandmother at work as an agent in a small country town, he learnt from an early age that true real estate service is about helping people turn the page on the next chapter of life.
It’s this philosophy that has underpinned Phillip’s 15-year career in the industry and has also driven the creation of his own brand Harrigan Real Estate.
“As an agent I’ve always believed it’s important people feel that their transaction matters to us,” Phillip reflects.
“They’re not a number, their journey means something to us and I want to help people redefine that property journey.”
Phillip explains, since 2020 his boutique agency has serviced the inner-city of Brisbane and beyond, and prides itself on positioning people at the heart of the real estate experience.
“We’ve been around a while now and achieved strong results because we’re there from start to finish with a transparent service that features a boutique feel,” he says.
Now, after clocking up three years of success, Phillip is looking to turn the page on his own next chapter with a business rebrand and refresh in collaboration with national network, the Agents’Agency.
Phillip notes the shift to Agents’Agency falls in line with his desire to offer his clients premium and personalised service.
The back-of-house support the network provides will allow him to concentrate on his clients, tap into the power of a national network, and build his business, his way.
“We want to make sure our clients’ journey is tailored to what they personally need,” he says.
“We’re keen to set a benchmark for delivering service as we believe it should be delivered.”
With the Agents’Agency handling everything from marketing to administration and trust accounting, Phillip will be free to concentrate on delivering the best client experience possible.
In the process, he also hopes to grow his brand and business.
