McGrath Estate Agents has strengthened its Victorian presence with the opening of a new office in the outer Melbourne suburb of Craigieburn, headed by Principals Terry Singh and Gary Verma.
The pair will lead a team of 13 covering property sales and property management.
Chris Mourd, Head of Franchise Network for McGrath, said the company regards the Victorian market as very important in the company’s expansion strategy.

The area has benefited from major upgrades to Mickleham Road that was completed in late 2024, with the $300 million Craigieburn Road upgrade expected to be completed later this year.
Mr Singh, a Craigieburn resident, explained that the local property market continues to thrive due to strong demand, affordability, and ongoing infrastructure development.
“As the area grows, we see excellent opportunities for buyers whether they be owner occupiers, or investors,” Mr Singh said.
