A ‘whirlwind, exciting and something he’d 100 per cent do again’ — these are just three of the terms Brisbane agent Tony Ngo uses to describe the recent launch of his own real estate agency.
In July this year, Tony and his wife Serah unveiled T&S Residential in partnership with the Agents’Agency.
The launch of their own brand in their local community had been a long-standing dream for the couple but wasn’t a decision they made lightly.
It was a move founded on Tony’s six years’ experience in the industry and his reputation as a local area expert in Brisbane’s south-west.
It was also designed to reflect the couple’s commitment to customer service and their belief buying or selling a property should be a positive experience.
One hundred days into their business journey, the couple hasn’t looked back.
“The transition into our own business was pretty full on but also super exciting, and the support we’ve received from the Agents’Agency has been phenomenal,” Tony explains.
“Despite just launching our own brand, we’ve listed seven properties, sold five and now have one under contract.”
Tony and Serah opted to partner with the Agents’Agency after researching a number of different options.
For them, the ethos of the network and the support provided seemed a natural fit, and Tony notes so far, the partnership has more than lived up to its promise.
“The training, resources and support have been amazing,” he says.

When it comes to training, Tony and Serah are currently undertaking the Agents’Agency’s 52-week Personal Best program, have enrolled in a 13-week challenge, and also recently attended an Agents’Agency network conference on the Sunshine Coast.
“I really enjoy the training aspect,” Tony says.
“It’s a great reference point and a good reassurance that you’re on the right track.”
The pair are also tapping into the group’s networking opportunities and gleaning great insight into what works from high-performers such as standout agent Joel Hood.
“Whether it’s which prospecting plan to use or where to get your marketing materials, that insight is invaluable,” Tony says.
“I’ve been really impressed with how super-helpful everyone is and how willing they are to give their time.”
With their brand now firmly established, Tony and Serah are setting their sights on the period ahead.
By this time next year, they hope to grow a support team to increase their face-to-face client service.
In the meantime, they are throwing their weight behind local businesses and community groups to further embed themselves in their marketplace.
“It’s been so enjoyable to be able to do what we want to do and what we feel is right while accessing the support and mentoring we need,” Tony says.
“I don’t think we could have done it without the Agents’Agency.
“We’ve been able to list and sell property from day one and the guidance and support we have had has been incredible.”
