High numbers of professional ex-pat South Australians returning from interstate since COVID-19 or executives transferring to Adelaide, has prompted leading real estate agency Turner Real Estate to launch a new executive property management service.
Turner Prestige Property Management aims to fill a gap in the upper end of the South Australian property market, managing a portfolio of high-end residential rental properties for property owners seeking a dedicated and elevated level of service with additional customised maintenance care.
The most recent internal migration figures from the Australian Bureau of Statistics (March 2021 quarter) show 7500 people migrated to South Australia from interstate in that quarter, while departures sat at 6800. This arrivals figure was the highest for a quarter since December 2003 quarter.
Turner Real Estate Managing Director Lachlan Turner said those figures were matched anecdotally by his team’s experience in increased executive searches for high-end rental property in Adelaide and requests to take on the property management of people transferring interstate for new roles.
“We’ve always had a sizeable portfolio of beautiful executive properties that we manage on behalf of people who have had to move interstate but don’t want to part with their beloved family home,” Mr Turner said.
“On the flip side, we’ve noticed a steady stream of requests from professional people either returning or moving to South Australia who want to rent a property at the top-end of the market to cater for their business and family needs.
“It made sense to provide all of this experience in a more specialised and tailored property management service.”
Turner Real Estate has been providing property management for more than 30 years.

Property maintenance will also be customised to cater for a house’s extra features.
