Victoria’s finest: luxury homes on the market right now

It’s not all doom and gloom out there in the property market – there are still plenty of good sales being made, especially at the higher end of the sector.

Marshall White’s Marcus Chiminello recently set two Victorian records for the highest residential price when he sold Blair House, at 17 St Georges Rd, Toorak, for almost $75 million.

He sold another Toorak mansion, at 29-31 St Georges Rd, for a bit over $80 million less than a week later.

And there are plenty of other luxurious homes on the Victorian market right now too.

From heritage homes oozing old world charm to contemporary abodes with architectural spiral staircases, there’s a lot of envious abodes with eye-catching features.

We’ve compiled a list of some of the best.
