Colliers International have expanded their Office Leasing team in Sydney’s West, welcoming a new director.
Alan James is highly experienced in the Western Sydney market, having worked in the area since 2011.
He’s worked for several other high-profile networks, both in Sydney and in London prior to this role.
“We are delighted to have someone of Alan’s experience join the team to head up Office Leasing at our Western Sydney office,” said Cameron Williams, National Director, Office Leasing at Colliers International.
“Alan has worked across multiple markets from Macquarie Park to Penrith, Liverpool to Norwest, with a range of owners from HNW private individuals to institutional owners.”
Mr James’ recent notable transactions include Nokia in Macquarie Park, Stedfast IRS in Norwest, TAFE in Parramatta, PNSW in Parramatta and CBA in Liverpool.
“Alan’s appointment reinforces our commitment to the Western Sydney office market, a dynamic market with enormous potential. Alan will be responsible for growing our team in Western Sydney and enhancing our strong market share,” Mr Williams said.
Mr James commenced with Colliers International in late August.
