Zac Theobald, one of Australia’s youngest-ever real estate principals, has returned to Raine & Horne to take up a role as a Network Manager in NSW.
Mr Theobald, who owned and operated a real estate office in Bathurst as a 24-year-old, has also worked as a sales agent with independent and network offices including one of Australia’s best regional offices, Raine & Horne Bathurst.
The now-32-year-old first worked with Raine & Horne Bathurst more than a decade ago and in his new role as a network manager, he will be serving the Inner West, southwestern Sydney, North Shore and Illawarra regions.
Mr Theobald said he was excited to be rejoining the company, saying it felt like โa homecomingโ.
Apart from his familiarity with the Raine & Horne brand, Mr Theobald said his broad real estate experience would ensure he succeeded in his new role.
“Having been in property since 2007, I have worked in many roles within a real estate office. But as a former owner, I know what value principals expect from their network, and I understand the opportunities and challenges they face daily.โ
Raine & Horne Executive Angus Raine said Mr Theobald was well-acquainted with all facets of real estate, from office ownership to sales roles and management.
โIt’s exciting that he can not only talk the talk but also walk the walk with our principals and their offices,” Mr Raine said.
In other Raine & Horne news, the group has just opened a second office in Dubai. The new office will be in Ras Al Khaimah (RAK), currently the second-most-popular holiday hotspot for visitor numbers in the UAE after Dubai.
The new office will provide a full range of property services including holiday rentals.
“With Ras Al Khaimah becoming a tourist hotspot we’re excited at the potential of both tourism and investment in the emirate,” Managing Director of Raine & Horne Dubai Sanjay Chimnani said.
