The team at DiJONES Eastern Suburbs office will relocate to Five Ways Paddington after 26 years at its Woollahra home, in what is set to be an exciting new chapter for the brand.
Since acquiring DiJONES in 2016, CEO Rob Ward said the company has experienced exponential growth of 35 per cent and, in the past 12 months, has sold over $780 million in property across Sydney and the Southern Highlands.
“We have invested heavily in marketing, technology and innovation, and the move to Paddington allows the company to upgrade its Eastern Suburbs office in line with our strategy and vision,” Mr Ward said.
“We will continue to service our growing investment management portfolio from our new Eastern Suburbs office.
“While the company’s foundation was based at the heart of the Woollahra community, the brand has significantly evolved in recent years,” Mr Ward said.
DiJONES Eastern Suburbs has built a reputation for selling Victorian terraces in Paddington and Woollahra. Paddington is known for having one of the highest concentrations of Victorian terraces in the world.
“It is exciting to be moving to Paddington – a suburb that, along with its surrounding suburbs of Surry Hills and Darlinghurst, has evolved so much over the last 26 years.
“While Paddington will be the location for our Eastern Suburbs operation, our footprint is across Sydney and we have agents in not only the Eastern Suburbs, but also the Inner West, North Shore, Northern Suburbs and the Southern Highlands.
“The key to the success of our business is that we use a centralised database to track buyer migration. Through data analytics, we are able to provide clients with highly-targeted marketing strategies and also greater listing opportunities for our current and future agents.
“The Paddington area receives buyer enquiry predominately from surrounding suburbs as well as the Inner West and North Shore. We have also identified that the Southern Highlands attracts strong interest from the Eastern Suburbs.
“The location of our offices just makes sense for our clients and our agents,” Mr Ward said.
