Adam Sorrell has been in the real estate industry since 2006 and has now taken over the Ray White Rowville office as their new principal.
“Having lived here for the past 30 years, when the opportunity came up to take over the reins, I felt the time was right to join the Ray White family,” Mr Sorrell said.
Having worked for a competitor brand his entire career, Mr Sorrell said the support offered by Ray White was also a big attraction when making the decision to join the team.
“I love the history of the brand. Ray White is a household name and very well known and respected by the general public,” he said.
Mr Sorrell is determined to create a business that is driven by customer service, with his core ambition being to build a team that is focussed on the customer experience and achieving outstanding results for their clients.
“They already have such a solid foundation so I’ll definitely be working with them to keep hold of the amazing culture that has already been built,” he said.
“We have a young, professional and energetic team who are passionate about real estate and achieving the best results for our clients.

Mr Sorrell said he was looking forward to re-establishing Ray White’s market share in Rowville and the surrounding suburbs, with his main aim being to grow the business rapidly.
“In the coming year, I plan to further grow the sales and property management departments, with local professionals who have a love for the local area as well as the real estate industry,” he said.
