Well-known Sydney agent and Transform 2016 participant, Jamie Van Le, has joined the team at Ray White Mascot.
Mr Van Le said he was excited to join the newly opened Ray White business, which is owned by William Ho.
โThere are many fantastic Ray White agents across Sydney, and I am looking forward to bringing the same level of service to all my clients across Mascot, Botany and the surrounding suburbs.โ
Mr Van Le has previously worked with many other franchise businesses since he started his career in 2009. He moves into the position of Sales Director at Ray White Mascot.
Having established a reputation as the ‘People’s Agent’ or ‘Friendly Agent’, Mr Van Le attributes a lot of his success to simply fostering and maintaining genuine relationships with local residents.
Prior to real estate, he was well known in the area through his personal training business, which also led to many connections in his new career.
Mr Van Le was born and raised in the area, and said Mascot has always been a predominantly industrial area, but with the growing number of residents being drawn to its convenience, it is beginning to develop its own modern culture and charm.
โThere is a wonderful mix of housing in the region now, from new modern high-rises to character homes, renovated fisherman’s cottages, and warehouse conversions.
โCafes are popping up everywhere and it is becoming a really trendy area, while still maintaining a homely vibe,โ he said.
Ray White NSW Blue CEO Jason Andrew said he was thrilled to see Jamie Van Le join the leading real estate group.
“Growth is the oxygen for Ray White and we feel so humbled when agents of Jamie’s calibre join us, and we will support his ambitions into the future,” Mr Andrew said.
