Stone Real Estate launches third Hunter Valley office

Boutique agency Stone Real Estate is expanding in the key New South Wales market of Hunter Valley, with the addition of a third office in the region.

Stone Real Estate Kurri Kurri opened this week, just over a year after the launch of Stone Hunter Valley and Stone Lake Macquarie.

Principal of all three Stone Hunter Valley offices David Tanchevski said the burgeoning area had embraced the boutique agency and it was time to expand.

The areaโ€™s future potential is huge, Mr Tanchevski said, with substantial residential and infrastructure projects underway including almost $300 million worth of development in the first six months of 2019 alone.

Furthermore, the Hunter Valley ranks among NSWโ€™s most superior regional areas for property investment following several months of healthy yields.

โ€œKurri is now one of this areaโ€™s most significant areas for sales and investment,โ€ Mr Tanchevski said. โ€œThe town is only 25 minutes to the Newcastle CBD and 15 minutes from Wallsend and is the next most affordable place for owner-occupiers and investors who feel Newcastle is now too expensive for them.

โ€œOur strategy sees us expanding the Stone brand across all areas from Newcastle to Lake Macquarie as well as in the Hunter Valley.โ€

The Kurri Kurri office boosts the Stone boutique brandโ€™s presence in regional NSW to seven offices.

Stoneโ€™s head of franchise Luke Cameron said the brand could always be expected to appear wherever property markets were moving fastest.

โ€œWeโ€™re not only targeting these hot areas but also the best agents within them,โ€ Mr Cameron said.
