Phillips Pantzer Donnelley (PPD) has opened a new office in Coogee, which the real estate agency said was a logical step in their growth strategy.
The office will accommodate both sales and property management teams, and partner Jason Pantzer said it was part of the agencyโs long-term plan to expand on their flagship office in Woollahra, which opened in 2013, with satellite offices in key lifestyle locations.
“The location of our new office will enable us to better serve our local clients and it will assist our team in continuing PPDโs success story into Clovelly, Coogee, Maroubra and the surrounding suburbs of Randwick, Kensington and Kingsford,” Mr Pantzer said.
“My partners and I acknowledge the hard work from our incredible sales and property management teams as the catalyst to our success in these areas, so economies of scale warranted PPD opening a Coogee office.”
The new office โ located at 167 Arden Street, Coogee โ opened on Monday 29 July with a staff of 24 including six licensed sales agents who have worked together for several years and bring with them extensive experience and expertise.
The teamโs property management portfolio has grown organically since 2013 and now features more than 500 rental properties along the coast, and since 1 January 2019 the sales team has sold 251 properties in the Eastern Suburbs at a combined value of $550m.
“Itโs a natural fit for our agency and with the growth in the area thereโs strong demand for a premium agency,” Mr Pantzer said.
“We have a very clear vision of our business future and the service we want to provide our clients and are really excited to be expanding in the marketplace.โ
PPD was awarded the number one most recommended agency in New South Wales and Australia for three consecutive years,
