Two top sales and property management teams have made the move to LJ Hooker Avnu as it continues its rapid expansion across the Sydney’s North Shore.
The new team consists of three sales agents headlined by Stephanie Hearne, and three property managers lead by Max Ma, both formerly from Savills.
Ms Hearne, who last year closed more than $60 million in sales and is Roseville’s number one agent by market share, is supported by Stephanie Kelly and joins Elizabeth Bailey who services Lindfield and surrounds.
Ms Hearne said she’s been approached by numerous agencies during her 20 years at Savills specialising on the Mid North Shore, but it wasn’t until she explored the Avnu offer that she was motivated to make a move.
“The proptech that the team behind Avnu are creating will allow me to keep ahead of the market and put all my clients in the best position to maximise their sale price,” Ms Hearne said.
“To be invited to join the business was an opportunity too good to refuse.”
Mr Ma has also joined with his team, comprising Kate Walton and Annabelle Morris.
Avnu Head of Property Management Nick Georges said he was excited to have Mr Ma and his team on board because of his phenomenal track record in the Upper North Shore market.
“His ability to build a portfolio, grow and nurture a team and provide high-quality service is very much in line with our goals and what we are achieving at Avnu,” Mr Georges said.
“Together with his team we will be looking at rapid portfolio growth across the Upper North Shore.”
The appointments come a week after Avnu announced its interstate expansion, opening its first Avnu Centre in Brisbane’s Bulimba with a team of 22 agents and support staff.
Avnu’s Chief Performance Officer, Christine Mikhael was excited to continue expanding their footprint in Sydney and Brisbane.
