Experienced and well-established Ray White Rural Pittsworth owners, James and Sally Croft have expanded their business and opened the doors to the new Ray White office in Warwick.
Owning an existing Ray White office in neighbouring Pittsworth, the husband and wife duo believed the expansion was a natural step for their business as they aim to further service the needs of their clients.
Leading the team at the new Warwick office will be local young gun Ben Lubben, who is thrilled to be taking the next step in his successful career.
Mr Lubben, who has been an agent for six years with another local agency, is excited to be joining Australasia’s largest real estate group.
“Becoming a licensee is something I’ve always wanted to achieve,” Mr Lubben said.
“From day one of meeting the Ray White corporate team I knew this was the type of business I wanted to be part of. Everything from the systems and processes, to the sophisticated technology is really impressive.”
Originally from Penrith in Sydney’s western suburbs, Mr Lubben has been a Warwick local for the past 11 years with wife, Holly and two young children, Heidi and Felix.
But if becoming one of the top-selling agents in Warwick and raising a young family wasn’t enough, Mr Lubben has also been president of the Warwick Redbacks AFL Club for the past two years.
“It’s really important to me to remain connected with the local community. I’ve been playing with the Redbacks for the past three years so the club is a great opportunity for me to be able to give back,” Mr Lubben said.
Ray White Rural managing director Stephen Nell congratulated Mr and Mrs Croft on opening Ray White Rural Warwick.

For Mr Lubben, his ambition is simple: “To provide a professional and honest approach each and every time.”
“My goal is to bring a level of professionalism to the area. I’ll definitely be keeping that honest country approach, just maybe adding a bit of city style,” Mr Lubben said.
