High-profile agency, the LJ Hooker Double Bay Group, is continuing to go from strength-to-strength, with renowned agent Daniel Baran recently joining the ranks.
Mr Baran has been responsible for many record sales in the east during his 30-year career. In the month since he joined, heโs already listed and sold in excess of $20 million in property with a strong pipeline for spring.
Mr Baran joins the team as an associate director of LJ Hooker Double Bay Group alongside directors, Mark Meyer and Bill Malouf.
Agents Reece Coleman and Paul Wigan have also joined the LJ Hooker Double Bay crew, taking the office total to almost 30 real estate specialists. ย
Mr Meyer said the opportunity to bring Mr Baran and his team onboard further cemented the agencyโs market-leading position.
โOur mission is to create a super office that makes sense from a strategic and cultural standpoint,โ Mr Meyer said.
โRecently, we invested heavily in expanding and renovating our office to make it an office of the future equipped with significant tech infrastructure, collaborative spaces for our teams and a fitout that our people are proud to bring clients into.
โDaniel has the same outlook to us – that technology will continue to play a pivotal role in our industry, but nothing will ever replace the real relationships we make with our clients. Technology will complement the real estate process, not overtake it.
โWe are excited to have Daniel and his team onboard, and the newfound opportunities weโll be delivering to our customers.โ
Mr Baran said he was impressed by LJ Hookerโs innovative systems and resources that support agents in providing a seamless real estate experience to their clients.
โWhat the LJ Hooker Group is developing is like nothing Iโve ever seen before, and taking a leadership position is imperative in our shifting real estate market.
โBy joining LJ Hooker Double Bay Group, my team and I will have greater efficiencies and, coupled with their systems support, itโll be me back valuable time to spend with my customers to maximise outcomes.
โIt also means together we can capture more market share, faster,โ Mr Baran said.
