Longstanding beachside property specialist Perry Brosnan has made the move to LJ Hooker as part of its relaunched Mermaid Beach agency.
With almost two decades in the industry, Mr Brosnan has sold more than 600 properties in the sought-after strip between Mermaid Beach and Miami.
His prestige experience spans more than 70 sales along Miamiโs exclusive Marine Parade.
He also marketed and sold 272-274 Hedges Avenue, one of the largest property amalgamations along โMillionaireโs Rowโ. Sunland Group bought the site and is developing its $200 million, 44-level 272 Hedges Tower atop it.
Mr Brosnan is the latest top performer to join the stable of LJ Hooker agencies led by David Manby and Raymond Pienaar. The pair recently acquired LJ Hookerโs Mermaid Beach franchise which Mr Brosnan will play a leading role in growing.
โDave and Raymond have established impressive systems and grown exponentially in a relatively short period,โ Mr Brosnan said.
โSellers in Mermaid Beach will have the opportunity to tap into wider markets through having teams in Robina, Mudgeeraba and Burleigh Heads collaborating through the same management team.โ
Mr Brosnan said he was excited to join the growing group, which includes LJ Hookerโs Robina, Mudgeeraba, Burleigh Heads and LJ Hooker Commercial Burleigh Heads agencies.
โHaving worked and lived in the area for almost two decades Iโve developed a lot of relationships, repeat clients and helped multiple generations of the same family with their property decisions,โ Mr Brosnan said.
LJ Hooker Queensland Managing Director Steve Mutton welcomed Mr Brosnan to the LJ Hooker Group.
โI know the Mermaid Beach market well and Perry has been a leading agent in this unique pocket of the Gold Coast for a long time,โ Mr Mutton said.
โWith the backing of Dave and Raymond, Perry will continue to offer outstanding outcomes to sellers throughout the beachside enclaves.โ
