Professionals network refreshes brand

The national reshaping of Professionals Real Estate Group is gathering pace, with the network refreshing its brand nationally.

Professionals Real Estate Group chief executive officer David Crombie said the benefits created through the unification of the 225-plus member group last year had exceeded expectations and the branding refresh was designed to further build the groupโ€™s momentum.

The management of Professionals Real Estate Group was previously split between separate divisions across Australia but the completed restructure now leaves the group with one core board of directors and management team.

Mr Crombie said the group had established a branding committee comprising representatives from across Australia and New Zealand to work with members to build brand consistency across the growing network.

“The unification of the group is the result of many years of hard work by all directors of the states to create a single powerful force in the national market,” Mr Crombie said.

โ€œAn important component of our strategy is our push to build a stronger brand nationally and internationally.

โ€œA cohesive brand looks more professional, establishes authenticity and helps build trust with customers and clients.

โ€œIt also helps create more unified internal culture in the organisation. Being clear about brand identity helps employees and executive teams stay aligned with core values and positioning of the group.โ€

Professionals Group director David Vertullo said the branding refresh was being welcomed by all members of the group.

โ€œThe branding refresh is a progressive change that has appeals for all markets ranging from the top-end prestige sector through to the specialised markets in country towns,โ€™โ€™ Mr Vertullo said.

Mr Crombie said Professionals Real Estate Group offered members a strong and recognisable brand, excellent marketing tools and assistance, and a uniquely supportive network that provides advice, encouragement and guidance to its members.

โ€œWe believe that together weโ€™re stronger, and that by working collaboratively and harnessing our collective skills and experience we can deliver our clients the very best,โ€™โ€™ he said.

โ€œWe have created an environment in which every member is encouraged to share ideas and support each other, so we all benefit. We also provide a powerful set of tools and expert guidance.โ€

Professionals was launched in 1976 by six independent real estate agents and since then the brand has evolved from a simple black and white logo to one of the most recognised real estate brands in Australia.

โ€œWe believe that the latest evolution of our brand will build upon the already high consumer recognition and acceptance that the brand has,โ€ Mr Crombie said.

โ€œThis high consumer recognition and brand credibility has assisted Professionals to grow into a network with more than 3000 members and employees throughout Australia and New Zealand.โ€
