Belle Property has announced the launch of Belle Property Escapes – the holiday rental brand of the premium real estate company.
Belle Property Escapes features rentals in some of the countryโs most desirable holiday destinations including Avalon/Palm Beach, Jervis Bay and the Central Coast in New South Wales, as well as Cairns in Queensland.
CEO of Belle Property, Peter Hanscomb, said the expansion into the holiday rental market was a strategic next step for the real estate brand, which has long had a presence in Australiaโs key lifestyle locations.
โIn 2018, Australia saw an increase in short-term and holiday rental demand right across the country, and you only have to look at the increase in domestic tourism in our key lifestyle areas to see itโs a growth market,” Mr Hanscomb said.
“The Belle Property Escapes brand was a natural progression for our business given our expertise in premium property in Australiaโs lifestyle-first suburbs.”
While the short-term holiday rental market in Australia is cluttered, Mr Hanscomb said Belle Property Escapes would be competitive in terms of its service offering.
โMost providers in this space offer a DIY-model, whereby the marketing and management of the property is undertaken by the owner.
“Belle Property Escapes is backed by 20 years of expertise in premium property, so properties will be managed by professionals who are experts in terms of maximising occupancy and income,โ he said.
Aside from easy booking facilities, the Belle Property Escapes website offers holidaymakers curated destination guides direct from lifestyle publisher Sitchu, which the brand has had a strategic partnership with since the start of the year.
โFrom a consumer perspective, Belle Property Escapes takes the fuss out of planning a luxury getaway because it offers a one-stop-shop to book and plan a holiday using destination guides that feature up-to-date knowledge including whatโs on in the local area, plus, where to eat, drink and explore,โ Mr Hanscomb said.
Belle Property has undergone significant transformation over the past year. Earlier in 2019 it merged with leading Victorian based brand hockingstuart.
โThis has been a year of growth and change for our network,โ Mr Hanscomb said.
โWe have opened more than 14 new offices, merged with a leader in a new market and now weโre thrilled to be launching our holidayโs brand.
“Despite challenging conditions in Australiaโs property market, there is still growth here and weโre looking forward to seeing the continued success of our offices over the years to come.โ
