Accomplished agent Tamara Charlton returns to Richardson & Wrench

Tamara Charlton hasn’t allowed ongoing Sydney lockdown limitations to hold her back from taking an exciting next step in her three-decade-long real estate career.

The respected Lower North Shore agent has reunited with the reputable Australian brand by launching Richardson & Wrench Lane Cove under the innovative R&W Bespoke banner.

A long-time local, who has been selling real estate across Sydney for 34 years, Ms Charlton is now stepping into the bespoke business ownership model without a bricks and mortar office, which will enable her to concentrate more on people, and less on paperwork.

“I find that this model is open and collaborative, plus Richardson & Wrench is a client-focused brand you can really trust,” Ms Charlton said.

“This niche team mindset allows me to tailor the individual needs of each client through the brand so I can then focus on them and achieving the greatest results.”

In the current real estate market where so much business is done virtually – whether that be through necessity or desire – Ms Charlton said the freedom of a R&W Bespoke model is a valuable asset for both herself and her clients.

“The extensive digital presence that Richardson & Wrench has developed matches perfectly with my own ‘talk to Tamara approach’ I have with my clients,” she said.

“It means that they can have access to whatever they need from me on any smart device – anywhere anytime.”

Committed to helping people, and not just selling real estate, Ms Charlton has developed a solid reputation in her field by connecting with the community in which she operates.

“I’m a mother at the same time as being a real estate agent. So I understand the importance of accessibility to schools, work, local business and lifestyle amenities,” she said.

I know how vital maintaining your life-work-school and recreational balance is, and that’s why I have a holistic approach to assisting people on their real estate journey.”

Thanks to her decades of expertise, which includes being one of the first female auctioneers in NSW, Ms Charlton is a skilled negotiator with an incredible network of contacts.

It is a testament to the quality of advice, service and understanding she offers that many of her former vendors and buyers are repeat clients and even considered family friends.

“I understand the importance of building strong personal relationships while also bringing compassion and care to an industry that is so often lacking these qualities,” she said.
