WigginsKeenan Real Estate has merged with Stone Real Estate Epping, expanding the office’s team and rent roll.

Just months after opening, Stone Real Estate Epping has grown further, thanks to a merger with local office WigginsKeenan Real Estate.
After a very successful five years, WigginsKeenan announces this week it would be merging with the Stone Real Estate office in order to further its growth and expand its rent roll.
“We were approached by numerous agencies however it came down to the relationship with the owners of Stone Epping, Beecroft and Castle Hill that we have had over the past 10 years. They share the same values and ethics and for the team at Wiggins Keenan that was one of the most important aspects of their business, besides the fact that we have also loved the brand and the support it provides to their agents as well as their clients,” said directors Liz Wiggins and Justin Keenan.
“We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who entrusted us with the sale of their properties and hope they will continue to use and recommend us in the future.”
Luke Cameron, Head of Franchise for Stone Real Estate, said the merger was a result of Kevin Dearlove’s hard work growing a market-leading business.

Stone Epping launched in June and is the third office for Principal Kevin Dearlove after Beecroft and Castle Hill. The new office, on Epping’s Oxford Street, is already well on the way to becoming a local powerhouse.
Dearlove said it was very exciting to welcome the WigginsKeenan Real Estate team and that it signified a great opportunity for the Epping office.
