Oscar-winning actress, Reese Witherspoon is looking to make a tidy profit on her luxury LA home after listing the newly-renovated property for US$25 million.
According to The Dirt, the media titan and her husband Jim Toth are looking to make a cool US$9 million profit on the sale, having purchased the estate less than two years ago.
The 2900sq m, seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom mansion is tucked securely away in nature, hidden amongst one of Brentwood’s best-known canyons.
Inside the stone-clad façade, there’s an enormous foyer with an elegant staircase that soars up to a spacious landing. The living room includes a fireplace and wood-panelled library, formal dining room, and chef’s kitchen.
Witherspoon has made some changes to the property since taking over, adding marble floors and brightening up the exterior with a creamy white tone.
The living room has also had a splash of white added to it, while the kitchen has been completely revamped.
The actress has also transformed the library giving it a blue makeover.

Built in the early ’90s, the house sits behind large gates, ancient trees and a long, winding driveway, with the entire estate invisible to the public.

The property sits on 3.1 acres and boasts lush lawns and a full outdoor entertaining centre with a large swimming pool, spa, outdoor bar, and BBQ.
Witherspoon has been unloading her LA properties, with her most recent sale being the US$17 million Palisades Riviera mansion back in 2020.
