Rebel Wilson lists her Sydney waterfront home

Aussie actress Rebel Wilson has listed her beautifully renovated Sydney waterfront home for $9 million.

According to The Dirt, Wilson purchased the freestanding Victorian home in the inner-west’s Birchgrove for $3.76 million in early 2015 just as her Hollywood career was starting to take off after finding success in Pitch Perfect.

The three-storey property was designed by award-winning architect Paul Oโ€™Connor and includes three bedrooms, three spacious marble bathrooms plus a powder room, an elevator, and a gorgeous marble-topped kitchen.

The home offers a north-facing living area overlooking the Parramatta River as well as dual harbour views.

The kitchen features smoked oak cabinetry, a Sub-Zero fridge and Arabesco marble.

The living room includes a Jetmaster gas fireplace and the bathrooms, with all black hardware, sport spacious shower areas and room to lounge.
