Sofia Richie and her fiancée Elliot Grainge have picked up a traditional-style LA mansion for US$26.9 million.
According to The Dirt, the youngest daughter of singer Lionel Richie and her record label-founding partner purchased the property from UTA’s CEO Jeremy Zimmer, paying the full asking price.
The famous couple’s new home is located in exclusive Brentwood Park on nearly three-quarters of an acre, dwarfing many of their neighbours.
Inside, hardwood floors are a feature of the 1000sq m, six-bedroom, nine-bathroom estate that also boasts formal living and dining rooms, a library, and a family room that opens to a huge kitchen with marble countertops and premium SubZero and Wolf appliances.
The primary suite sports a bedroom with a sitting area and fireplace, plus dual bathrooms and dressing rooms.
There’s also a movie theatre, fitness centre and French doors that open to an outdoor living room with a fireplace.

The home itself is tucked away from prying eyes, protected by high gates, hedges and large trees, with a back entrance for staff.
In the backyard there are formal rose gardens, dozens of mature trees, an entertainment centre with a BBQ grill and built-in banquette seating that wraps around a fire pit.
Near the property’s rear, there’s a swimming pool, cabana and an open-air sundeck.
According to property records, Richie and Grainge recently sold their Beverly Hills home for nearly US$22 million, or about US$5 million more than they paid for the place barely one year ago.
